Custom Jewelry Design From Sketch To Finish
Original Concepts, Sketching, Modeling, Casting, Assembly, Setting & Finishing.

STEP #1:  In our first meeting we will Discuss Concepts, Precious Metal  & Gemstone Options and Budget Range.  

  
STEP #2:  Once we agree on a Concept based on your specifications, Place a 50% Production Deposit to move on to the Original Concepts & 3D Modeling Stage.  We can play with the concept in the modeling stage until you're satisfied to move forward.

The first Concept & 3D Model can take 1-3 weeks depending on your Target Delivery Date, Time of Year and our Project Flow.  Each change after that requires about 3-5 Business Days (No Saturdays or Sundays). Extra modeling charges may apply after the 3rd Model Alteration. Creating a New Model that is different than the original design, will incur standard modeling charges, and may take 1-3 weeks for competion.  

Once the Final Concept & 3D Model and Final Estimate is Approved,  Diamonds and/or Gemstones and other Materials are Ordered, the Model is submitted to the Precious Metal Casting Stage.  This Stage can take 1-3 weeks depending on the time of year and our project flow.

Once your Model is Cast in Precious Metal, we move onto the Finishing, Assembly, Stone Setting and Polishing Process . This Stage can take 1-3 weeks depending on the time of year and our project flow.

STEP #3: Once Finished, the customer is responsible for Payment of the Invoice Balance Due. You may schedule an in Studio Pick-Up or we will Ship your item to you via UPS Insured at No Charge (USA only).  We accept Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Cashapp, Cash, Paypal, Affirm & Afterpay.  We do not Accept Checks or E-Checks.

Cost Saving Tip: Skip the Sketching & Modeling Stage and use one of our 3D CAD Models from our Digital Library.

Hesitant to Commit?  Ease Into The Design Process:  Pay a $500 Concept & Deposit (applies to your Final Invoice).  We will Design & 3D Model your Concept until you are satisfied with the design and ready to move forward.  Then Pay the Production Deposit (50% of the Balance), and Final Balance (50%) Once Finished & Delivered.

There are No Returns or Exchanges for Custom Jewelry Projects.  Consignment or Liquidation may be a possiblility.
