2-4 Payments: Design Deposit, Modeling Deposit & Final Payment.
There is No Charge for Consultation. In our first meeting we will Discuss Concepts, Precious Metal & Gemstone Options and Budget Range.
Payment #1: Once we agree on a Concept(s) & Budget Range, place a $250 Design Deposit to move on to Concept Sketches. I Research and Sketch until you are happy with the Final Concept. The first round takes about a week. Each change after that requires about 3-5 Business Days (No Saturdays or Sundays). Extra sketching charges may apply after the 3rd Alteration.
Cost Saving Tip: Skip the Sketching Stage and go Straight to Modeling.
Payment #2: Once we agree on a Concept or Sketch, place a $500 Modeling Deposit to move on to Modeling your Design (3D CAD or Hand Carved). We can play with the concept in the modeling stage until you're satisfied to move forward. The first model takes about a week. Each change after that requires about 3-5 Business Days (No Saturdays or Sundays). Extra modeling charges may apply after the 3rd Model Alteration. Creating a New Model that is different than the original design, will incur standard modeling charges.

Payment #3: Once the Final Concept, Sketch, 3D Model and Final Estimate (within Budget Range) is Approved, the customer is responsible for the 50% of the Invoice Balance. Once paid, Diamonds and/or Gemstones and other Materials are ordered, the Model is submitted to the Precious Metal Casting, Finishing, Setting and Polishing Process.
Payment #4: Once Finished, the customer is responsible for payment of the Invoice balance due. You may schedule an in Studio Pick-Up or we will Ship your item to you via UPS Insured at No Charge (USA only).
3C Projects:
Choose, Change & Create! Save Cost by bypassing Sketching & Modeling Stages.
This method of creation allows you to Choose a Pre-Existing 3D CAD File we have in our Library, Change the Center Stone Size, Shape, and Gem Type, as well as Metal Quality, on a large selection of styles. And, then we Create your item.

Once payment is received, we configure the 3D Model from our library, cast in the precious metal of your choice, order Gems, Diamonds, etc., and Assemble, Set & Finish in our Studio. Fabrication Projects: Save Cost by bypassing Sketching & Modeling Stages
We Forge and Fabricate your item the Old School Way. This is best for Classic Wedding Bands, Simple Solitaire Engagement Rings, Bracelets, Necklaces & Pendants.

The customer is responsible for Payment in Full including Sales Tax. Once payment is received, we order the item(s) for you. We have many suppliers and can order Pre-Manufactured Items, Gems, Diamonds, etc. Once finished, you may schedule an in Studio Pick-Up or we will Ship your item to you via UPS Insured at No Charge (USA only).
Project Flow
Allow 6-12 weeks for most Start-to-Finish Custom jewelry projects.
Each Project is Unique and Different. There are several ways to create your Project. Project Flow depends heavily on Method of Creation, and your ability to Envision and make Decisions. For more Indecisive folks, the project will take longer and may cost more as we have to make several alterations in the Sketching, Design & Modeling Stages.
PROCESS STAGES
(1) Sketches & Design Process + Alterations. The first round takes 3-5 Business Days. Each change after that requires the same amount of time. (No extra charge until after the 3rd Alteration)
(2) Wax/3D CAD Model Creation + Alteration. The first round takes 3-5 Business Days. Each change after that requires the same amount of time (No extra charge until after the 3rd Alteration).
(3) Precious Metal Casting Process. This takes 1-2 weeks Depenidng on the time of year.
(4) Diamond and/or Gemstones Ordered. This may take time if a gemstone is coming from overseas brokers.
(5) Semi-Finishing, Assembly, Fabrication & Gemstone Setting & Finishing. 1-2 weeks depending on the time of year.
The process stages we go through are to ensure that you are perfectly happy with the end product as well as confident in our ability to execute your design to your expectations.
Payment & Shipping
All Prices are Firm and will not be Negotiated after the deposit is paid.
Items will not be shipped or leave the studio until the Final Balance is received in full. No IOU's.
If Shipping, All finished jewelry is Shipped UPS Insured, at No Extra Charge.
We are not responsible for catastrophic damage, loss or theft of a Custom/Customized Item while under the customer's care. Please purchase Insurance.
All Credit/Debit Card transactions are processed using a STRIPE Invoice link sent to your email.
Out of State Payments may only be made using STRIPE.
